Working with Sergio and Alondra in the design, preparation, and execution of our outdoor project was an amazing experience. Not only did they meet our expectations, they exceeded them! Their entire crew were professional, friendly, and their work speaks for itself. We’ve lived here 3 years, and we’ve never received so many compliments from neighbors and pedestrians walking by our house. We feel so much pride in their work, but also pride in the character of these hard-working people.

Excellence did a great job! They were quick to answer any questions and provided good, professional advice when I was deciding how to extend my patio. When the weather changed, Alondra and Sergio made several trips to the house for a free consultation. They provided recommendations, 3D renderings and images simulated during the day and night. Itemized quote was provided and with options to add as much or little as we liked that met our budget. Easy and flexible payment options which was a plus. A huge plus was the quality of work we received for the price. The team at our home remained the same during the entire project - they were friendly, personable and polite on all regards. The team was flexible around our work and travel schedule and helped navigate the early-spring weather that is unpredictable at best in Kansas City. The absolute best factor of all was how they treated our property. They kept a tidy worksite, were considerate, worked with us to make changes that came up; Great family; Great company! We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience with Excellence Hardscape from the consultation stage to the final walk through. Sergio and Alondra answered our many questions and spent the time discussing the design and products all before we even made the decision to move forward with the project. We were able to see a job they had just completed in person and we were sold. Juan and the crew are knowledgeable and very good at their jobs. Even with a last minute design change from me- they were flexible and still able to complete on schedule. Now - they were not the lowest bid that we got however with the personal touch, open communication and quality workmanship -we have no regrets and cannot be more pleased with our patio addition.
